Client Terms of Engagement

1. Nature of Services

Eviro provides immigration advisory services, including legal strategy, eligibility assessment, and case preparation relating to U.S. immigration. Eviro may coordinate with licensed U.S. immigration attorneys where required for filings and formal representation.

2. Provision of Legal Advice

Eviro provides legal advice and guidance based on the information provided and current U.S. immigration law and policy. Where services require U.S. licensure, advice and representation will be delivered by, or in coordination with, a licensed U.S. immigration attorney.

3. No Cost to Client

Eviro does not charge clients for access to the platform, initial assessments, or onboarding. Any legal fees for representation are agreed directly between the client and the attorney under a separate agreement.

4. Attorney Engagement

Where a client elects to proceed, a licensed attorney may be engaged. The attorney is responsible for formal representation, filings, and dealings with U.S. authorities.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information. Eviro is not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

All immigration decisions are made by U.S. government authorities. No outcome is guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

Eviro will treat all client information as confidential and use it solely for the provision of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eviro is not liable for decisions made by government authorities or third parties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Data Use

Client data will be used in accordance with the Eviro Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. No fees are payable by the client unless separately agreed.
